I recently had a dinner experience with a good friend, and we heard that Hook and Reel had a phenomenal Ramen restaurant inside of it. We were seated promptly and the front desk attendant was courteous. We were greeted by our hostess Aleah who was thoroughly amazing. She was quick and timely with drinks, and with getting our food out and ready. The food part was also phenomenal. As a fat guy, the kinya ramen with chicken hit the spot perfectly. Just on the service alone, this was a 10/10 experience, but then add in the food, you can't beat it. A huge shoutout to the cooks, the staff, and especially Aleah who made our experience truly magical.
Aleah was a great waitress!! Attentive, very sweet, and patient. Made us feel very welcomed, and not rushed at all. The food was great!! Hot, fresh, and clean tasting! Fire was awesome! Not for the faint of heart. Drinks were tasty and strong!! Look at the photos. YUM! The last hook and reel to have the all you can eat. MUST TRY IF YOU’RE IN THE AREA!! Kayla the manager was friendly, and on top of her bar! Overall, the restaurant is Amazing!! 10/10
Went here on a whim wanted to try something different for once. Had the best experience ever. Our waitress Serena was absolutely amazing and really patient with me and my child. Food came out fast and hot. Overall the whole experience was amazing and I will definitely be returning!
What a downriver gem! Hook & Reel is one of the best seafood boils we've had in a while. There was a generous portion of king crab for a reasonable market price. Our server Lauren was wonderful and attentive.
Lauren has been a great server , she checked up on us as we ate our food, she was respectful and welcoming, i love it. she makes me want to come back just so she can serve me again, we need more servers like her . Thank you Lauren for being welcoming
Food was good. The ramen was DELICIOUS, that broth is chefs kiss!!! Also our waitress Aleah was great. 10/10!
Aleah was my server and did a very great job. I come here often for the ramen because it is delicious. But I have also had their crab and seafood boil as well which is also delicious. As a whole think the restaurant is nice and the food is good. I would definitely recommend.
This place is awesome! Our server Allison is so sweet, kind, patient & all around great at what she does. We love the atmosphere & food as well.
